Davie Real Estate This Week

Davie Real Estate
There has been quite a bit of sales activity in Davie Real Estate this week.

15 homes were placed on the market for sale in Davie over the past 7 days.
There were 7 closed sales and 8 homes go under contract this week; however, that's down from the 9 homes that sold in Davie and the 24 homes that went under contract for sale last week alone.  We are definately seeing more buyer confidence in the South Florida Real Estate market lately.

Davie Communities with notable real estate activity were:

Long Lake Ranches, Blackhawk Ranches, Stonebrook Estates, Riverstone, and Imagination Farms

There are currently 99 homes for sale in Davie listed at $1 million and above
.

If you are thinking about buying or selling a home in Davie - call me at 954-257-5030 and I will be happy to help you meet your real estate goals.
